Red Flag  # 9  IMPORTANT WARNING ABOUT THIS MAILING!

Did you notice the extremely fine print on this page? It’s that faint vertical line on the left-hand edge of the page. Yes, it’s actually two long lines of text! Have you read it? It is essential that you do! If you don’t have a magnifying glass, buy or borrow one, today!

Apparently, some of these SCAMmers have been in contact with lawyers or maybe just a court of law. The reason i say this is because of some text I've seen on only a couple of these letters. Because this page asks you for money, it is imperative that the page describes exactly what you are paying for. That, I suspect is the reason for the extremely fine print being on the page. I urge you to find a magnifying glass and read that text. It proves, in simple, plain writing, that the entire purpose of the letter is nothing more than entertainment! Anyone sending money to ‘MS Duval’ after reading that text is simply throwing away their money and will have no recourse in any court. You have been warned. You have been told what the letter actually is. You have no excuse to ask for a refund. And the text even states that there is no refund to be expected.

I can’t show you the whole text in a vertical image. But here is the actual text:

“COPYRIGHT © 2012. DESTINY RESEARCH CENTER. IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS IS A PROMOTIONAL MAILING. THE VIEWS EXPRESSED ARE THOSE OF THE PROMOTER ONLY. AS WITH ANY MANUSCRIPT ON THIS SUBJECT MATTER, INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY. THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES CONCERNING THE LEVEL OF SUCCESS YOU MAY EXPERIENCE. FOR NOVELTY AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. THIS MESSAGE IS A COMMERCIAL PROPOSITION THAT YOU MAY FREELY ACCEPT OR REFUSE. BY THE VERY NATURE OF THE OFFER, FOR WHICH THE USER'S BELIEF IN SUCCESS IS ESSENTIAL, WE ARE NOT BOUND BY ANY GUARANTEE OF RESULTS.”

Don’t believe me? Get a magnifying glass!

Notice that any and all guarantees are specifically prohibited! That is because there is actually nothing to guarantee! This whole letter and all it’s content is only for “NOVELTY AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES.” And, one more time, in the last sentence we read: “WE ARE NOT BOUND BY ANY GUARANTEE OF RESULTS.

Do NOT send this SCAM any money! Period! (return to # 9 Red Flag above)
